- Lightly mix beef, onion, olives, Large eggs, salt and pepper just till blended; shape in 24 meat balls. In a skillet heat butter; brown meat balls slowly on all sides; cook till done.
- Place in shallow 1 qt casserole. Pour off fat in skillet reserving 2 Tbsp.; blend in flour. Add in water, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika and salt; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Cook 2 min longer. Remove from heat; carefully blend in lowfat sour cream; pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min. Makes 8 servings.
