Ingredientes

  • 2 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 med onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1 x egg
  • 3/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 x -c. cheddar cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slc bacon

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Top with bacon slices and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till meat is fully cooked.
  2. Chefs Notes: Use the leanest grnd beef you can find, egg substitute and low fat cheese and turkey or possibly low fat bacon.
