Ingredientes

  • 8 ounces Ground Turkey
  • 8 ounces Ground Beef
  • 2 eggs (divided use)
  • 1/2 cup Panko (divided use)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder (Divided use)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder (Divided use)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (stem removed and seeds) cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 - 12" wooden skewers (soak in water 30 minutes before using)

Direcciones

  1. In two separate bowls add to bowl one ground turkey meat, one teaspoon of both garlic and onion powder, half of the panko and one egg, using clean hands combine mixture and roll out small bite size meatballs place on a rimmed baking sheet pan
  2. Repeat method with ground beef
  3. Add both baking sheet pans into a 400 F hot oven and bake 10 minutes (making threading them easier when partially baked through)
  4. Cut green pepper into pieces
  5. Marinate mushrooms in the Worcestershire sauce
  6. Begin treading each skewers (see photo)
  7. Grill for 5 minutes each side
