  • 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano Leaves, Dry
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Beef Broth
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 lb Grnd Porked
  • 1/4 c. Onion, Minced, 1 Small
  • 1 tsp Cumin, Grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Basic Red Sauce, **

Cover and simmer till done, 15 to 20 min.
