- 1/2 lb Grnd Ham, Smoked, Cooked
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 tsp Oregano Leaves, Dry
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Beef Broth
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb Grnd Porked
- 1/4 c. Onion, Minced, 1 Small
- 1 tsp Cumin, Grnd
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Basic Red Sauce, **

Fold in remaining ingredients except basic red sauce and broth. Shape into 1-inch balls. Heat basic red sauce and broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet; reduce heat. Add in meatballs. Cover and simmer till done, 15 to 20 min.
