- Mix all ingredients in cruet or possibly medium bowl. Reserve 1/4 c. of the marinade; chill.
- Pour remaining marinade over 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, poultry, seafood or possibly vegetables; cover. Chill to marinate. Drain; throw away marinade. Cook as desired, basting with reserved 1/4 c. marinade.
- Makes 1 c. marinade.
- Marinating times: Beef-4 hrs or possibly overnight. Chicken-1 to 4 hrs.
- Seafood and/or possibly vegetables-30 min to 1 hour.
