Ingredientes

  • 4 loin pork chops, very lean, 1/2" thick, well trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Pour off fat. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over chops. Add in water and cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 1 hour or possibly till tender. Makes 4 servings. 125 calories per serving.
