Receta Mediterranean Pork Chops
Ingredientes
- 4 loin pork chops, very lean, 1/2" thick, well trimmed
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Pour off fat. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over chops. Add in water and cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 1 hour or possibly till tender. Makes 4 servings. 125 calories per serving.
