- Fry pork chops under medium-low heat in bacon grease and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with lid while frying to keep chops moist. Fry only till lightly browned.
- Separately cook rice. Separately make white sauce in large Dutch oven. Add in pork chops and their juices into white sauce; stir well. Simmer gently for at least 20 min. Serve chops with rice smothered in white sauce/gravy. Serves 5 people.
