Ingredientes

  • 1 x Ripe mango, papaya or possibly 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced (1/4-inch)
  • 1/4 c. Sliced scallion, green tops
  • 1/4 c. Diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. Fresh minced cilantro or possibly basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno, minced and seeded (optional)
  • 1 pch Salt, to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
  2. Taste and add in more lime juice and salt, as needed.
  3. Serve with grilled seafood (shrimp, salmon, tuna or possibly swordfish) or possibly pan seared chicken cutlets.
