Receta Melon, Mango Or Papaya Salsa With Chicken Cutlets

Ingredientes
- 1 x Ripe mango, papaya or possibly 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced (1/4-inch)
- 1/4 c. Sliced scallion, green tops
- 1/4 c. Diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Fresh minced cilantro or possibly basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno, minced and seeded (optional)
- 1 pch Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- 1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
- 2. Taste and add in more lime juice and salt, as needed.
- 3. Serve with grilled seafood (shrimp, salmon, tuna or possibly swordfish) or possibly pan seared chicken cutlets.
