Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/4 c. Cool Water
  • 2 c. Ripe Honeydew Melon Or possibly Cantaloupe, Mashed
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla, (1 1/2 Lbs.)
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream, Whipped

Direcciones

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water.
  2. Combine mashed or possibly crushed melon or possibly cantaloupe, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan; simmer for a few min till sugar is melted.
  3. Stir in gelatin and refrigeratetill mix begins to thicken.
  4. Stir in vanilla and mix in whipped cream.
  5. Pour into melon-shaped mold and cover.
  6. Freeze till hard.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
