Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. onion pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd basil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry rub ingredients and rub onto ribs. Cook ribs over hickory coals at 190 to 200 degrees for 4 to 5 hrs. Fifteen min before serving coat the ribs with heated honey.
