Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Grnd lamb
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Dry ginger
  • 1 tsp Thyme leaves

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths. You can use those recipes probably also for venison,if you add in some grnd up fat.
