Ingredients: 3 lb Grnd lamb; 1 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Cumin; 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper; 4 tsp Paprika; 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 c. Pomegranate juice; 1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic; 1 tsp Dry ginger; 1 tsp Thyme leaves

Ingredientes

3 lb Grnd lamb
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
4 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c. Pomegranate juice
1 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1 tsp Dry ginger
1 tsp Thyme leaves

Direcciones

Mix together all ingredients, stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths. You can use those recipes probably also for venison,if you add in some grnd up fat.
