Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 box couscous, (about 1 1/2 c.) (10-oz)
  • 6 x Merguez sausages
  • 3/4 c. Dry currants
  • 1/4 c. Store bought lemon herb dressing

Direcciones

  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, brown the sausages in a pan.
  3. Fluff the couscous with a fork, making sure to break apart any lumps. Stir in the currants and dressing. Top with the merguez.
  4. Yield: 4 servings
