Receta Merguez And Dried Currant Couscous Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1 box couscous, (about 1 1/2 c.) (10-oz)
- 6 x Merguez sausages
- 3/4 c. Dry currants
- 1/4 c. Store bought lemon herb dressing
Direcciones
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 10 min.
- Meanwhile, brown the sausages in a pan.
- Fluff the couscous with a fork, making sure to break apart any lumps. Stir in the currants and dressing. Top with the merguez.
- Yield: 4 servings
