Ingredientes
- 2 cups - Methi leaves / vendhaya keerai / fenugreek leaves (chopped)
- 1 cup - Gram flour / besan / kadalai maavu
- 5 tbsp - Rice flour / Arisi maavu
- 1 no - Onion (slice lengthwise thinly)
- 1 tsp - Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder (or add as needed)
- 1/4 tsp - Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
- 2 pinches - Ajwain / omam (crushed)
- 1 pinch - Baking soda
- 1 pinch - Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp - Fresh curry leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
