Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb boneless round steak (1 1/2 to 2)
  • 1 x clove chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1 x beef bouillon cube crushed
  • 1 x 16 oz can tomatoes cut up
  • 1 x 16 oz can kidney beans liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Spread meat with mix of garlic, pepper, salt, chili pwdr and mustard. Cut into 1/2" wide strips. place in crockpot. Cover with onion, bouilloin cube and tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hrs. Turn control to High. Add in beans and cook, covered for 30 mins.
  2. Serving Ideas : Serve on a bed of rice.
