Receta Mexican Beef (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb boneless round steak (1 1/2 to 2)
- 1 x clove chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 x onion minced
- 1 x beef bouillon cube crushed
- 1 x 16 oz can tomatoes cut up
- 1 x 16 oz can kidney beans liquid removed
Direcciones
- Spread meat with mix of garlic, pepper, salt, chili pwdr and mustard. Cut into 1/2" wide strips. place in crockpot. Cover with onion, bouilloin cube and tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hrs. Turn control to High. Add in beans and cook, covered for 30 mins.
- Serving Ideas : Serve on a bed of rice.
