Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb Box powdered sugar
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake at 350 deg f for 30 min in an oblong pan.
  2. Cold. Icing: Mix well. Add in 1 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans and put on cooled cake.
