Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 lb Box powdered sugar
- 1 stk margarine
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 c. Minced pecans
Direcciones
- Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake at 350 deg f for 30 min in an oblong pan.
- Cold. Icing: Mix well. Add in 1 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans and put on cooled cake.
