Ingredientes

  • 1 x Diced onion, white
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 2 c. Corn kernels
  • 1 x Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 c. Poblano, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry the onion in the oil, stirring occasionally. Add in corn and cook till tender, 3 to 5 min, then transfer to a medium-size bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
  2. PANTRY: substitute green bell pepper for poblano chili;; white wine vinegar for fresh lime juice.
  3. NOTES : Corn relish is really a cooked salad.
