Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • Minced green chilies
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 4 slices American cheese

Direcciones

  1. Combine 2 Large eggs and 2/3 c. lowfat milk with package of cornbread mix. Add in 2/3 can of cream style corn.
  2. Brown grnd beef, add in onions and green chilies.
  3. Pour 1/2 of cornbread mix into a lightly greased casserole. Put grnd beef mix on top. Pour remaining corn on top and add in 4 slices cheese on top. Cover with cornbread mix. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
