Ingredientes

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars picante sauce, liquid removed
  • 3/4 c. black olives, minced
  • 3 tomatoes, minced
  • 6 to 8 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Spread avocado mix in the bottom of 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole. Top with lowfat sour cream. Top with liquid removed picante sauce. Alternate olives, tomatoes and cheese using each ingredient twice to create layers 4 and 5. Serve with tortilla chips.
