Ingredientes

  • 2 pound steaks (round, sirloin, flank, chuck)
  • 2 med. onions, minced
  • 3/4 c. beer
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 to 2 T chili pwdr
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 med. sweet red or possibly green pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 1 med. tomato, minced
  • 16 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • Salsa
  • Avocado dip
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Thinly slice meat into bite-size strips. Place meat in plastic bag. Chop one onion. Put together onion, beer, 1/2 cup oil, lime juice, garlic and chili, pour over meat. Close bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 hrs or possibly overnight, turning bag several times; drain.Wrap tortillas tightly in foil. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 10 min.
  2. In a large frying pan add in 1 tbsp oil, add in minced onion, peppers, stir fry 1 1/2 to 2 min or possibly till crisp-tender; remove from frying pan. Stir-fry meat 1/3 at a time for 2 to 3 min till brown.
