Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Minced peeled cucumber, divided
  • 1/2 c. Minced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Warm sauce, (1/4 to 1/2)
  • 1 x Clove garlic, halved
  • 14 1/2 ounce No-salt-added whole tomatoes, (1 can) undrained
  • 3/4 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Place 1 c. cucumber and next 10 ingredients (cucumber through tomatoes) in a food processor, and process till mix is pureed. Pour into a bowl; stir in water. Cover and chill.
  2. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
  3. Serving Ideas : Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. remaining cucumber.
