Ingredientes

  • 2 x Carrots, pared and sliced
  • 4 1/2 lb Pork loin or possibly sholder roast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Leaf oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Place onions and carrots in crockpot. rub pork roast with seasonings. Place on top of vegetables; add in water. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hrs. Good when shredded and served in warm buttered tortillas with spicy taco sauce.
