Receta Mexican Pork Steak Stew

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 pound pork steak
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 6 lg. potatoes
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Trim pork steak of fat and cut into 1 inch cubes. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil and add in pork cubes first. Cook till browned. Remove and drain. Add in potatoes and onions to remaining oil and cook for about 5 min till lightly browned.
- Add in pork and the other ingredients and sufficient water to barely cover all ingredients in the pan. Cover and cook for about 30 min till broth is thickened and meat and potatoes are tender. Note: Serve with flour tortillas and refried beans if you like. Serves 3-4.
