Ingredientes

  • 2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/4 c. sliced jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Drain juice from tomatoes in pan. Add in 3 green onions, minced. Add in 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (before juice gets warm so it will not lump up). Heat but do not boil. Place 1 can stewed tomatoes in blender. Add in pepper and jalapenos, blend or possibly stir just sufficient to keep tomatoes chunky. Add in to sauce. Add in second can of tomatoes in blender on stir and add in to sauce. Cook 20 min till thickens.
