Ingredientes

  • 1 lb lean grnd beef
  • 1 lb dry spaghetti, cooked, liquid removed and kept hot
  • 1 lrg onion, minced
  • 20 ounce Salsa
  • 1 c. frzn whole-kernel corn
  • 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Direcciones

  1. Put the grnd beef and minced onion in a medium skillet.
  2. Stir on medium high, till beef is browned.
  3. Stir in salsa, corn and seasoning mix.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook till sauce is warm.
  5. Pour the sauce over spaghetti.
  6. Toss lightly and top with cheese.
