Receta Mexican Spaghetti

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 lb dry spaghetti, cooked, liquid removed and kept hot
- 1 lrg onion, minced
- 20 ounce Salsa
- 1 c. frzn whole-kernel corn
- 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Put the grnd beef and minced onion in a medium skillet.
- Stir on medium high, till beef is browned.
- Stir in salsa, corn and seasoning mix.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook till sauce is warm.
- Pour the sauce over spaghetti.
- Toss lightly and top with cheese.
