Ingredientes

  • 1 whole round steak
  • 2 cans Red Gold diced tomatoes and chilies (303)
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 med. zucchini
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. While partially frzn, slice steak into thin strips. Then stir fry and set aside. Cut vegetables and stir fry. When vegetables are done add in steak, 2 cans of diced tomatoes and chilies and the can of beef broth. Continue to stir till all is mixed and warm. Serve with rice or possibly noodles or possibly just serve as stir fry.
