Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg baking potato
  • 4 ounce lean grnd beef
  • 4 Tbsp. nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. mild salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion

Direcciones

  1. Bake or possibly microwave the potato so it is soft and ready to eat. Brown the grnd beef in a large nonstick skillet till the beef is no longer pink, about 5 min.
  2. Cut the potato in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides. Mix the beef with 2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream. Mash the inside of the potato with the beef-lowfat sour cream mix.
  3. Stuff the mix back into the potato shell. Top with the remaining lowfat sour cream, salsa, and green onion.
  4. This recipe yields 1 serving.
  5. Serving size: 1 potato.
