Mexican Tuna Pie

Ingredientes

2 med. cooked potatoes, mashed
10 olives, finely minced
8 smashed capers
2 med. fresh tomatoes, seared

Red salsa per your taste
1 med. onion, minced
2 cans tuna with juice, water packed

Direcciones

In bowl, mix potatoes with minced olives and capers. Finely chop the peeled seared tomatoes and add in to mix with the remaining ingredients.Put ingredients in a double pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till crust is done.
