Ingredientes
- 2 med. cooked potatoes, mashed
- 10 olives, finely minced
- 8 smashed capers
- 2 med. fresh tomatoes, seared
- Red salsa per your taste
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 cans tuna with juice, water packed
Direcciones
- In bowl, mix potatoes with minced olives and capers. Finely chop the peeled seared tomatoes and add in to mix with the remaining ingredients.Put ingredients in a double pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till crust is done.
