Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
Direcciones
- Cream butter; add in powdered sugar gradually, creaming till smooth. Add in flour, salt, vanilla, and nuts; blend till mix is stiff. Healthy pinch off small pcs of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. Immediately remove from pan and roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
