- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Saute/fry' for 5 min till chicken and sausage are almost cooked.
- Deglaze with wine. Add in whipping cream and simmer till thickened. Add in cooked pasta, tomatoes and spinach. Toss till spinach begins to wil Top with Parmesan cheese.
