Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce Chicken breast, skinned and cut in long strips, dusted in flour
  • 3 ounce Italian sausage
  • 4 ounce Artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 2 ounce Tomatoes, diced
  • 3 ounce Fresh spinach
  • 6 ounce Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ounce Dry white wine
  • 1 ounce Fresh garlic
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 2 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounce Penne pasta, cooked al dente

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Saute/fry' for 5 min till chicken and sausage are almost cooked.
  2. Deglaze with wine. Add in whipping cream and simmer till thickened. Add in cooked pasta, tomatoes and spinach. Toss till spinach begins to wil Top with Parmesan cheese.
