Ingredientes

  • 2 lg. apples
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk (sufficient to make thick pancake batter)
  • Powdered sugar or possibly cinnamon sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 egg, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Slice into rings cored and peeled apples 1/8 inch thick. Make batter by adding sugar, egg, and lowfat milk to biscuit mix. In skillet heat oil to deep fry temperature. Dip apple rings into batter. Use 2 forks to dip in warm oil. Cook 3 or possibly 4 at a time. Turn over when golden brown. (Check often as they cook fast). Drain on paper towel. Dust with cinnamon sugar or possibly powdered sugar.
