Receta Microwave Lemon Bars

- Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add in 1 c. flour. Pat dough 1/8 inch thick into 12 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Microwave on high 3 to 4 min. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 2 min. Cold. Mix beaten Large eggs, salt, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, 2 Tbsp. flour and baking pwdr.
- Pour mix over crust. Microwave on high 6 to 8 min. Rotate dish 1/4 turn at two minute intervals. Garnish with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Serve hot. Makes 16 bars.
