Microwave Round Steak

Ingredientes

1 1/2 lbs. round steak, pounded with (use side of saucer)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon peppers
Slice 1 onion & separate rings
Top with 15 ounce. can tomato sauce

Direcciones

Put all into microwave casserole and cover. Microwave 5 min on HIGH. Microwave 45 min on Defrost (or possibly #4). Turn meat over and cover. Microwave 45 min more on Defrost or possibly #4. Let set 10 min. Serve. Serves 6.
