Receta Middle Eastern Yogurt Salad
Ingredientes
- 2 med. tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 med. cucumber, sliced wafer thin
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. white cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 2 scallions, minced
Direcciones
- Rub cucumbers with salt; rinse and drain. Rinse and drain again after 10 min. Mix wine, vinegar and yogurt together in a large bowl. Add in tomatoes and cucumbers. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with minced onion. Chill. This is made to serve 2 to 4 people. So you may double if needed.
