Receta Mikan (Mandarin Orange) Pie

- Soften the gelatin in cool water. Stir in boiling water. Add in sugar and stir till dissolved. Add in lemon juice and stir. Chill till gelatin mix is slightly thickened but not set.
- Whip cream till thick and fold into gelatin mix (you may use mix set on lowest speed). Add in mandarin oranges and stir gently till proportionately distributed. Pour into pie shell. Garnish with orange slices.
- Chill at least 3 to 4 hrs.
