Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce egg or possibly spinach fettucine
  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x (14 1/2 ounce.) can Del Monte Pastas' Style Chunky Tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Cook shrimp and garlic in warm oil in large skillet over medium high heat till shrimp are pink and opaque.
  2. Stir in tomatoes. Simmer 5 min. Blend in cream and green onion. Heat through but don't boil. Serve over warm pasta.
  3. Makes 3 servings. This is a fast and easy recipe can be doubled if needed.
