Mile High Meatloaf (Cheesecake Factory)

Great recipe from the cheescake factory. Comes out perfect every time! Serve with the mushroom gravy and carmelized onions, add some homemade mashed potatoes and you have a great meal! If you don't want to use ground veal just substitute another 1/2 lb of beef or pork.
