Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. Water

Direcciones

  1. Heat, but don't boil, lowfat milk. Then, over low heat, stir in butter, sugar, sherry and salt. Cook only to heat through.
  2. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste, then stir in to thicken. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables and serve.
