Receta Milk Sauce For White Cut Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sherry
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- 1. Heat, but don't boil, lowfat milk. Then, over low heat, stir in butter, sugar, sherry and salt. Cook only to heat through.
- 2. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste, then stir in to thicken. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables and serve.
