Ingredientes
- 2 (8 ounce.) block cream cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla wafers
- Foil cupcake c.
Direcciones
- 1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- 2. Mix cream cheese, Large eggs, sugar and vanilla together till smooth.
- 3. Place 1 wafer (flat side up) in bottom of foil c., fill 3/4 full with cheese mix (approximately 2 dozen).
- 4. Place c. on large cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
- 5. Chill till served. Optional: Top with pie filling or possibly fruit of your choice.
