Receta Mini Morsel Meringue Cookies

Ingredientes
- 4 lrg egg whites
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate mini chips

- PREHEAT oven to 300 F. Grease baking sheets. BEAT egg whites, salt and cream of tartar in small mixer bowl till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar; beat till stiff peaks form. Gently mix in morsels, 1/3 c. at a time. Drop by level Tbsp. onto prepared baking sheets.
- BAKE for 20 to 25 min or possibly till meringues are dry and crisp. Cold on baking sheets for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cold completely. Store in airtight containers.
