Ingredientes

  • 1 can (6 ounce.) Bumble Bee Solid White or possibly Chunk Light Tuna, liquid removed and flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 x green onion, including tops, chopped
  • 3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkt (10 count) refrigerated flaky biscuits

Direcciones

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion and cheese; mix well. Add in salt and pepper.
  2. Separate each biscuit into 2 halves. Press each half in bottom of lightly greased muffin pan to create a c.. Spoon scant Tbsp. tuna mix into each muffin c.. Bake in 400 F oven 8 to 10 min or possibly till edges of biscuits are just golden brown. Serve warm or possibly cool.
